Pastor P. PlakarRev. Emmanuel N. Garpue

He is married with a family of four children. He is a missionary, pastor and, a seasoned church planter. He has been involved in the planting of three of the ministry’s local churches in Ivory Coast and one local church in Liberia. Rev. Garpue is currently spearheading the planting of a new church in Kakata City, a provincial city of over 25, 000 residents 45 miles outside Monrovia. He is teaming up with four other persons to boost the church planting efforts. He resides in Monrovia, the capital city of Liberia and goes to Kakata weekly to conduct ministry activities. This is a big challenge for an ordinary church planter without a means of transportation of his own.
