Pastor Plakar P. Plakar

He is married with a family of six children. Professionally he is a trained school teacher. This is his first church plant experience. He is teaming up with his wife and two other persons.

He is involved in planting a church in the city of Gbarnga City. Specifically, the new church will be located on the outskirts of Gbarnga City in a growing community called Brooklyn. Gbarnga is a hub city in Central Liberia with over 30,000 residents; it is located 200 miles away from Monrovia. With such a huge number of residents in this city the need to go ahead of such a growing community to multiply healthy, holistic, and reproducible churches cannot be overemphasized.

Mission Statement: “Transforming Communities for Christ”

Prayer Points:

1. Good health, passion for God, lost souls and compassion for humanity
2. Bibles (English and Kpelle - dialect), gospel tracts
3. Two lots at the cost of $850.00 each to construct church, school, clinic and other facilities, these can be erected to help sustain the ministry in its mission efforts (this parcel of land cost can be negotiated and paid for by installment).
4. A means of transportation to help facilitate the movement of the church planter in terms of evangelism, follow up and visitation
5. A means of support to help empower and sustain the church planter’s family
